Where are first aiders required?

First aiders play a crucial role in helping to keep us safe. They are present in almost all workplaces and public settings in the UK, including:

• Workplaces
• Leisure centres
• Shops
• Schools
• Youth activity centres
• Sports stadiums, etc.

The number of first aiders required is determined by performing a first aid needs assessment which will be covered in the next lesson.
